Who Are We
Entransa, Inc. was founded by San Diego's Todd Holley. Todd was beginning his
career as a commercial real estate broker, with The Voit Companies, and soon
realized that cold calling for sales leads was simply a numbers game. In
searching for a method to increase his chances for success, Todd realized
clients were in need of additional services, and he soon launched Entransa,
Inc.

Bring together a group of top sales people from non-competing companies who can
assist one another through leads and support.

Have representation in all areas pertaining to relocation and/or expansion.
Today, Entransa, Inc. has become a powerful network yielding millions of
dollars worth of leads to its members. The group currently has representation
in every area needed. Entransa, Inc. was founded in order to both help other
sales professionals increase their business, and businesses with a "one stop
shopping" for services they require when expanding or relocating. Entransa,
Inc. can provide you with many benefits. Membership is by invitation only and
sales representatives are assured they will be the only members representing
their industry/territory. In fact, several members are having their membership
fees paid by their companies, thus creating a win/win/win situation!

Todd G. Holley founded Entransa, Inc., a Network
Resource Group. As President/CEO, Holley is involved in every aspect of group
operations, with a particular emphasis on long range planning and client
relations.
Holley is a Vice President with Voit Commercial Brokerage. He has been the
recipient of numerous awards including Top Five & Top Ten in production,
Broker of the Month numerous times, Most Improved Broker, and Best Brokerage
Deal. In his free time, Todd enjoys Golf, Snow & water skiing,
Rollerblading, and Swimming.
Holley received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin, La
Crosse.

Ben Price

Ben Price
V.P Operations
Ben Price joined Entransa, Inc. in 1996 and oversees the Operations for the Organization. Ben Price is First Vice President for Regents Bank and specializes in Business Banking and Commercial Real Estate lending in San Diego, California.
Price has been part of the San Diego banking and commercial real estate industry since the early 1980’s. Price was a commercial real estate appraiser specializing in land acquisition and construction loans.
Price received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from San Diego State University,
San Diego.
